When I was a kid that’s how you were relentlessly chided
should your pants happen to be on the short side. For this fall though, high waters are decidedly hot. They cropped up on some of the most
influential runways.
Warning: Before you hit the streets in high waters remember, nothing truncates the gams more than chopping them up. Be sure you have sufficient leggage to carry this look off.
